In this episode Marc takes a look at the “white wine and cheese” idea and experiments with: Sauvignon Blanc and goats cheese, Chardonnay and brie/parmesan, Riesling and mature cheddar and sweet Moscato and stilton. Marc, thanks so much for this great explanation and demonstration. Really appreciate you responding to my query and giving so many ideas for pairings. I’m going to go for the white burgundy and the moscato, if I can get them delivered here.
    Keep up the excellent work.
    Tom
